Can all the items available in Ruby’s Gifts found in our store be purchased online?
Yes. If you do not find a product in our online store that you have seen at our shop, please call 03 9532 9155 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements.
Can I buy my gift online and pick it up?
Yes. The order must be placed via phone. Call us on 03 9532 9155 to arrange. Do not place your order online if you would like to pick up your gift.

How do I create an account?
Click Register in the products button on the top of any page of the Ruby’s Gifts website and complete the online registration form.
Email notification of special offers
Will I receive email notification of special offers?
When you register or buy a product from us, Ruby’s Gifts will send emails to keep you informed about special offers. You will not receive more than one email per month.
How can I place an online order with Ruby’s Gifts?
As you select items that you would like to purchase, click “Get A Quote” then you can either select “Continue Browsing” or “Send Enquiry”. Once you proceed to the “Send Enquiry” you will either need to “Create an Account” or “Log In” with an existing account and complete the enquiry process.
Can I cancel or change my gift order once it is confirmed?
An order can only be changed or cancelled if the items have not been posted. Please call 03 9532 9155 to discuss your order with one of our team.
What forms of payment are accepted by Ruby’s Gifts?
Ruby’s Gifts accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery can take between 3 to 7 working days for addresses within Australia.
What method of delivery is used?
Orders will be delivered by Australia Post. Extra Large items will be delivered via Courier and will be stated in the product description.
What happens if the recipient of my gift is not home when my order is delivered?
If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest Australia post. Please note that we cannot deliver on weekends and public holidays.
What do I do if my delivery does not turn up in the expected timeframe?
We will work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your parcel. If you have not received your parcel within in 10 working days, please contact us on 03 9532 9155 and we will endeavour to locate your parcel for you.
Can I have an order delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes we can deliver to a PO Box.
How is the freight cost calculated?
Freight cost is calculated using Australia Post or Courier rates as a guide.
Can I place an order to be delivered outside Australia?
Orders can be delivered worldwide via DHL, Fedex or Australia Post.

We will contact you advising if the item is in stock and if not we recommend a similar item.
Will the gift I purchased be gift-wrapped?
Yes. Free gift-wrapping is included with each order. Ruby’s Gifts takes pride in carefully wrapping and packaging all gifts so that they are not damaged in transit to the end recipient.
Can I include a gift card and personalised note with the gift I ordered?
Yes. Gift cards are available. You are able to personalise a message on the gift card at the time of placing your order.
Refund and Exchange
If I am not happy with my order once I receive it, can I get a refund?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not pleased with the items purchased online or if it is not what you expected, you have the option of returning the item to us for a exchange voucher or another product subject to the following conditions:
- If you simply have changed your mind, the refund will be for the product price only and not the postage cost.
- The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense.
- The items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
What if the item is damaged or faulty?
Ruby’s Gifts carefully checks and packages all products prior to delivery. However if a purchased item is faulty or damaged upon arrival at the delivery address, we are happy to offer a replacement at our expense.

Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.
What customer information does Ruby’s Gifts collect and store?
Ruby’s Gifts will not disclose any personal information about any of our customers to other businesses unless it is necessary to process and dispatch orders.
Personal details provided such as your name, address, email address and the gift recipient information is only collected for the purpose of processing and dispatching your order. If you have chosen to join our mailing list, this information will be used to send you emails about special offers from time to time but will never be given or sold to a third party.
